You know how you wish you could somehow find a contractor that was honest, reliable, fairly priced and who has actual craftsmen who do great work? Well, if you are reading this review, you finally found one!!Kevin managed a three-phase reflooring and repainting project throughout our home and we are very very happy with all aspects of the work (plus some additional electrical work, crown molding, and unrelated home repairs). Kevin provided a detailed proposal to execute that work. When we modified the plan (i.e. added scope), we talked it through, priced the work and got it done. This only happens when you have excellent communication with your contractor who makes all of the rest happen in the background so that the right people show up understanding what to do. Kevin was here frequently to ensure that everyone knew the plan and what to do. He is readily accessible by phone, email, or text.I would also like to mention that Kevin is a really nice guy and a joy to work with. All the people that he employs are top notch and we have been completely comfortable with all of them in our home.
