Three days. That's all it took at the Amplify Her retreat with the My Mummy Team to completely shift how I see myself.I walked in not really knowing what to expect, and walked out a different woman. I felt more supported, more connected, and less judged by a room full of women, (some of whom I now call friends) than I have in a very long time. I looked honestly at myself, at who I want to become, what was holding me back and what it's going to take to get there. I was pushed, nurtured, and supported, all at the same time.I left with real clarity about my business, and about myself.I've already booked my ticket for next year, and I can't wait to see how much further I can grow.

Attending AmplifyHer was the perfect timing for me. Being able to sit in a room full of strangers and feel comfortable to delve into vulnerability was challenging, but powerful. The way Emma, Lauren, Jess and the whole team were able to create such an environment that held every one of us there was incredible. I would recommend this event to anyone who is looking to better understand whats REALLY holding them back, and what steps they can take to move forward. Genuinely life changing in a good way!

I attended the My Mummy retreat "Amplify Her" in the Yarra Valley.It was such an incredible 3 days of learning, connection, self development and luxury. I could not fault it one bit!I left feeling refreshed, confident and ready to implement my learning straight away. The My Mummy team are to be commended on their efforts to bring this together and would 100% recommend to any woman looking to reconnect with herself!

I've been working with the ladies at My Mummy for a few years now but attended my first retreat with them this month Amplify Her.It was beyond incredible! As soon as I walked in I felt so seen and welcome, the energy in room was very supportive and that is a credit to Emma and Laura and the women they attract in their community. I met so many amazing women and really met some edges for me personally and in my business. I left the retreat feeling so happy, connected and more sure if myself and where I'm heading. I've already signed up for next year's retreat and I can't wait! Thanks MyMummy team for always creating the best events!

I’m my first month in with their Metamorphosis group and I also had the privilege to attend their Amplify HER event.This event was beyond anything I expected. It was the perfect reevaluate and reset I needed (if only I could go through something like this monthly) to stay on track. I was able to break down some self sabotaging behaviours and get curious. I feel confident and clear on my vision and the first steps I need to put in place.I have this event to thank for that.

I recently attended the Amplify You Retreat, ran by My Mummy. And what an amazing experience!I have to be honest, at 51, this was my first ever retreat. There was definitely some fear creeping in as I booked this, but it has literally changed my life. Everyone was so supportive and empowering. All the coaches are amazing and held space for those of us that had break downs and break throughs.So many tools and activities that were deep, fun and showed us just how powerful we are... when we trust in ourselves.I highly recommend attending any retreats with My Mummy and look forward to attending again, next year.Eternally grateful that My Mummy crossed my path and I said YES!
