My 16 year old son who was diagnosed with cancer came in this afternoon to have a vitamin C IV/hydration and I am beyond happy with the entire experience from start to finish. First, the entire staff was knowledgeable and professional but my son had the best time with Dan who was absolutely excellent. My son has had some bad experiences with IV's and Dan made everything so quick easy and painless for him.We can't wait to come back. My son has been through hell with his cancer therapies and the massage chairs and just the whole vibe of this place was a nice change. I can't recommend this location enough! Thank you Dan

This is a great place! I feel instantly better after my treatments. The staff are professional, and patient with my questions. The membership lounge and pricing are totally worth it! I have had a couple treatments now and both times have left more relaxed and feeling better.

This place has amazing prices and a good deal for members if you plan to go at least once a month. Instead of waiting in a uncomfortable chair while the fluids do their magic the massage chairs are amazing. I could easily relax and fall asleep in those chairs. Highly recommend if your sick or just trying to take care of yourself to go here.

We have been going to Prime IV in Kennewick for several months now. Their care and customer service is over the top. I have a compromised immune system and have stayed healthy throughout this flu season because of the hydration cocktail we get from them. Also the message chairs are just what I need to slow down and relax.

I walk into this establishment not knowing anything about IV treatments. I am type two diabetic with low energy and bone aches. After talking to the nurse at prime IV. I was given a ton of knowledge and security, knowing that I was going to feel better. After day one I had the most energy that I have had in weeks. The staff at Prime IV is not only awesome with great information and are very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to have great experience and health benefits. P.S .. The massage chairs are the BOMB!!!!

This was my mom’s first time using an IV service and she was very happy with the experience. They started the appointment with a nurse practitioner who did an intake assessment and was very helpful. My mom loved that Dan was able to get the IV needle done with no pain! Tracey offered options on IV infusions and recommendations on what worked best. The medical staff & Receptionist were very professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. My mom loved the massage chair which is a big plus while getting an infusion. Great service and experience at Prime IV in Kennewick. Looking forward on coming back. Thank you Dan and Prime IV staff.
