This was our first time here and boy - it didn’t disappoint at all! The booking process online was seamless and very easy to navigate. Really appreciated the reminders the day before because life does get in the way sometimes.It was pretty easy to find parking out the front and we were immediately greeted when we stepped in not only by Sam but by the OG BBG himself! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating with our little furbaby who normally gets anxious with his grooms but that was not evident today at all.We love the wide open area where we could watch the grooming process and will definitely be staying for coffee next time. It’s amazing to see a new business become part of the community and we will be supporting them every step of the way!Our furbaby is loving his new groom and smells absolutely delicious! Less

I took my small dog here to BabaG’s.My dog had a short play in the play huge spacious play area - this really helped my dog feel happy and comfortable being in an unfamiliar place.My dog and I both really liked the open plan space because my dog could see me from a distance anytime during her groom.The open space layout was reassuring for both my dog and for me.I was very glad to be able to watch the entire process of the groom (from a distance) so I could see my dog’s reactions to the different stages of the process - to my surprise my dog was calm throughout the entire groom and even wagged her tail during the process.The Groomer treated my dog professionally and with care.The owner Sam, and all staff are evidently passionate about ensuring each dog feels comfortable and happy the entire time from the moment you enter until it’s time to head home. Absolutely wonderful atmosphere, staff and service. We took the baby of the family, Rusty, for a full groom. He played with other pups and the staff prior to being groomed and was allowed to play after to expel his zoomies. He not only looked handsome, but was a very happy boy. Couldn’t have gone to a better place for my dogs first groom! The fact that they make great coffee and food was just a bonus. My dog can be a little anxious so seeing the contrast between how shy she was at the beginning to seeing how happy and playful she was when we picked her up was amazing. Max and I visited today for a full groom. I stayed and worked in the cafe. This is no ordinary groomers... we loved it. Max started off with a run around in the play area... he was fussed over by the friendly staff, hand fed a puppycino by the owner, and left looking very handsome. Coffee was very good. We'll be back for sure. Less

My Border Collie, Roger, is normally nervous and reluctant to enter any grooming parlour. However he had no problem at Baba G’s. He came out looking amazing, happy and relaxed. Never been more happy to share a five star review. I drove over an hour to Baba G's with my two spoiled dogs for a grooming session. From the moment I walked in, my dogs were so at ease and comfortable - their anxiety of being away from each other was soothed by the staff working in the play area and the gentle groomers. They had the time of their lives, and this dog mama got to have a coffee and burek in peace. A legend of an owner, and I even got to meet the real OG, Baba G! Can't wait to go back! Less

Ruby had a wonderful experience here and the groomers did a wonderful job in making her look and smell beautiful! Upon entering the shop we were warmly greeted by Sam and he gave us a brief introduction of his shop. Given Ruby is a very anxious and nervous girl, Sam and the staff made her feel at ease by introducing her to other dogs in the play and grooming area which was lovely and added to the positive experience. We liked the openness and how Ruby and I can see each other while she was being groomed. Ruby was very chill and calm throughout her grooming, which made the experience positive for us and Ruby. In addition, we also enjoyed the coffee and iced matcha latte while Ruby was in good hands 😋 we’ll definitely visit again, thank you Sam and team! Less

Super welcoming & friendly owner who is equally passionate about keeping pups and humans happy. I don’t even have a dog, but loved to stop by and have a high quality coffee & pastry in the cosy dining area while seeing the cute pups walk in for their day care. Highly recommend! 😊 Less
