Couldn’t have gone to a better place for my dogs first groom! The fact that they make great coffee and food was just a bonus. My dog can be a little anxious so seeing the contrast between how shy she was at the beginning to seeing how happy and playful she was when we picked her up was amazing. Max and I visited today for a full groom. I stayed and worked in the cafe. This is no ordinary groomers... we loved it. Max started off with a run around in the play area... he was fussed over by the friendly staff, hand fed a puppycino by the owner, and left looking very handsome. Coffee was very good. My Border Collie, Roger, is normally nervous and reluctant to enter any grooming parlour. However he had no problem at Baba G’s. He came out looking amazing, happy and relaxed. Never been more happy to share a five star review. I drove over an hour to Baba G's with my two spoiled dogs for a grooming session. From the moment I walked in, my dogs were so at ease and comfortable - their anxiety of being away from each other was soothed by the staff working in the play area and the gentle groomers. They had the time of their lives, and this dog mama got to have a coffee and burek in peace. A legend of an owner, and I even got to meet the real OG, Baba G! Can't wait to go back! Less

Ruby had a wonderful experience here and the groomers did a wonderful job in making her look and smell beautiful! Upon entering the shop we were warmly greeted by Sam and he gave us a brief introduction of his shop. Given Ruby is a very anxious and nervous girl, Sam and the staff made her feel at ease by introducing her to other dogs in the play and grooming area which was lovely and added to the positive experience. We liked the openness and how Ruby and I can see each other while she was being groomed. Ruby was very chill and calm throughout her grooming, which made the experience positive for us and Ruby. In addition, we also enjoyed the coffee and iced matcha latte while Ruby was in good hands 😋 we’ll definitely visit again, thank you Sam and team! Less

I highly recommend everyone try this amazing establishment, whether it be doggy day care, the grooming services available or even the cafe. From the minute you enquire to the day you walk into their amazingly well thought out shop/Cafe, the experience is such a positive and caring one. I have struggled for years to find a reputable and trustworthy groomer for my Standard Poodle, but I am so glad my search has finally ended. The atmosphere and caring nature of all staff members working at this facility is so heart-warming and honestly puts your kind at ease. Henry our Irish Wolfhound is not exactly a small dog to groom but BabaG's did it expertly. They know how to handle a giant breed and what are his grooming needs are. He came home fresh and so handsome. Highly recommended. Less

Really cool place with a great concept! Brought my dogs here for a meet and greet, and they had a fun time. The daycare worker and owner were absolutely lovely, super friendly. I could tell they really cared about dogs and people. The facilities look really nice and it's a great layout, and parking was surprisingly quite abundant. My only feedback is the lack of extra gates between the playarea and the front entrance and exit made me nervous with the Princes Hwy right outside. If my dogs leash accidentally got loose when handing him over (because he's a puller when excited), he would've made a beeline for the front door because he's an escape artist, and there would've been no other gates to stop him. I believe having extra gates/doors as a failsafe is a must, in the event a dog gets loose in the process of moving them around or handing them over, or a dog somehow escapes when gates are being opened in each area. Daycare centres usually have double gates/extra doors at the entrance/exits because accidents can happen. An extra gate that seals off the cafe counter area (near the front door and also adjacent to the play area), and another near the back exit door would be ideal and an easy fix in my opinion. Apart from this issue the place was awesome and I look forward to bringing my dogs back eventually :) Less

From the moment you walk in, you realise this place is pretty special and all about the pups. It’s an awesome space with a play area where the dogs get to play and sniff around before they are groomed. The team is so caring and lovely. It was my dog’s first grooming and she had recently been spayed so they took so much care with her. They did an amazing job with her cut and she looks so cute! Incredible job guys! Less
