I was referred to the Garage Door Store by another local garage company that was booked out that day and who didn't want to leave me hanging.Collin was so efficient, kind and professional! I am so pleased that he was able to fix my garage door that was stuck wide open. He even showed me tips on how to have my door last longer and sent me a link to a threshold for the uneven seal at the base! Above and beyond.Customer for life!

Working with these folks was a Very Nice experience. My garage door was stuck with the car still inside. Talked with Deb who walked me though some steps on the phone to see if I could get the door to open. When that did not work - she sent Joe and Mitch within a half hour. They replaced a broken spring and tuned up some other things and within an hour of them starting the work, I was good to go. The price too was reasonable - no rush charges. They have my recommendation.

After getting a quote for thousands from another company, I had serious sticker shock! I kept reading reviews and found Garage Door Boise, and I’m so glad I did.Rob stopped by while he was in the area, gave us a much more affordable quote, and made sure there weren’t any other issues that needed attention. We decided to spend a little more upfront on a torsion spring conversion for easier maintenance and a 10-year warranty. The price was significantly better, and the warranty was much longer than what the other company offered!Scott came out and fixed our garage door the very same day. Both Rob and Scott were professional, helpful, and great to work with.I’m so grateful to these guys for saving us money and providing a great long-term solution. They reminded me that there are still good contractors out there who genuinely care about their customers. If you need garage door repair, I highly recommend Garage Door Boise! You won’t regret giving them a call. Thank you, Rob and Scott, for taking such great care of us!

Garage Door Store is drowning in five-star reviews and here is another one! After running into a few bumps with other companies, we went searching for a reliable overhead door company. We were upfront about our needs as a commercial property management company with numerous overhead doors and ongoing maintenance needs, and this team has been absolutely wonderful!Communication is key for us, and this team truly understands that. They are quick to schedule service, keep us informed when they arrive onsite, explain our options, and get the work done efficiently. On top of that, they are consistently kind, professional, and easy to work with! We’ve had the pleasure of working with several wonderful people on this team, including Deb, Kevin, Mitch, Joe, Collin, and Tomas (sorry if I missed anyone!). We’d like to give a special shoutout to Rob, who is constantly checking in and ensuring the work is done correctly. This team is incredibly proactive, responsive, and just plain fun to work with! 😊The work this team does allows us to focus on other aspects of managing our property because we know our overhead door needs are in good hands.Thank you all so much for making our jobs easier! We truly appreciate your hard work and look forward to continuing to work together!- Classic Property Management

their number was in my address book bc they had replaced our pin pad /so i texted AND left a message in the wee hours of the am after we had heard a loud bang- the spring broke! When we tried to open the garage door it bent some of the struts and panels- they came the very next day to look at the damage and discuss options and installed a temporary bolt lock for security . Now, less than a week later, we have a brand new door! - expert friendly and efficient installers with competitive pricing - - we had online access to pay and get warranty - We are very pleased

Great experience. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly affordable compared to a1. From calling the office to the date of service everything was streamlined and I don’t feel robbed. Collin fixed our door springs, completed maintenance on our existing system, and provided 10 year warranty information. Will be using Garage Door Store Boise in the future for sure. Thank you.

We highly recommend Garage Door Store Boise. From our first meeting to obtain quotes, the gentleman was straight forward, no upselling- just informative and honest. Pricing was easy to understand and lower than other quotes we received. We are very happy with the work and new look/upgrade to our home. They did a great job! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
