McKinney Heating & Cooling did an excellent job at my home. By doing a thorough inspection along with perfoming air flow (per square foot) calculations, they determined that the main cold air return was too small for our house. After adding a second cold air return and doing a 'tune-up' of the duct work (many of the flexible hose type ducts were laying across wooden 2×4s kinked almost in half and preventing air flow) it was like a new system with much better air circulation and heating/cooling of the house. They even found an air duct that never had an air-register cut into the ceiling and was just laying there blowing air into the attic! Both friendly and reasonably priced, I highly recommend them! Caleb is honest, experienced, kind, and knowledgeable. He has done repairs to our HVAC system along with repeated preventative inspections/care, and each time we speak or work with him we learn something. His thorough inspection of our outside unit saved us from burning up our compressor in the winter of 2022, and his inspection of our attic furnace saved us from having a flooded upstairs ceiling due to a faulty condensation-overflow switch.
