From day one Eoghan took the time to understand what was wrong and build or adapt workouts to suit me. I’m currently 2 stone down and still falling. I have gone to several gyms in the past and HATED it with a passion, but I can honestly say that I actually enjoy this one. Not only is Eoghan one of the best PT’s going the whole Tribe community is second to none. From day one everyone is made feel welcome with all members old and new helping to drive each other on to achieve their goals. I can’t recommend Tribe Fitness enough to anybody who wants to become a fitter, healthier and better version of themselves. Eoghan takes the time to get to know each client on a personal level and holds everybody accountable with weekly check-ins and phone calls if you are struggling to achieve your goals. Less

Weight loss: 22lbs Timescale: 8 weeks 2024 New years resolution, to lose weight and get healthy… same as every year. I absolutely hated exercise, gyms, gym clothes so I gave myself a million excuses and put off starting until the end of February. After countless attempts to commit to various other gyms/ boot camps/ weight loss schemes I spied an advertisement for Tribe Fitness and decided to enquire. Eoghan explained the idea of Small Group Training sessions and the accountability he and myself would have as part of the training process. It sounded manageable and he was very reassuring so I was definitely more encouraged that he would be supportive and take into account existing injuries and help build on weaknesses. I have now just completed my 2nd month at Tribe fitness and to say I am overjoyed is an understatement. I was significantly overweight and under motivated, living a fairly inactive and sedate lifestyle whilst making poor meal choices. Eoghan has really changed my mindset when it comes to weight loss, endurance and nutrition in a small and achievable way. He has tailored the programme to be manageable, and personally checks in weekly and really has shown me the importance of consistency in both diet and strength training. He also never just abandons you to the mercy of some machine and persists to correct your technique to prevent you injuring yourself. I really can’t thank him enough for the changes he has made in such a short time scale. The atmosphere and camaraderie with the other Tribe Community members is so supportive and encouraging, with long serving members checking in on the Newbies. I have accomplished so many personal triumphs in the last few months that I didn’t anticipate; daily tasks have become easier, I am healthier, stronger, more motivated and more determined that if I continue things can only get better. I am proud to say I have not missed a single session and I am starting to enjoy exercising. I am now 22lbs down, and showing no signs of stopping. I would thoroughly recommend Tribe fitness to anyone who is struggling to be consistent in prioritising their own health and fitness. If I can do it anyone can. Less

He has helped me feel more confident in my body also it has been a huge effect on me as i play football i have noticed myself and my fitness level at a whole new level which is making me feel fantastic ! i cant thank him enough for his constant hard work and motivation.. constantly checking in on me and giving me the extra push that i need !!!
