5 stars is not a high enough rating! This place is so beautiful and just magical. It was the PERFECT place to have our wedding. Phoebe and Rachel are the best people on the planet to help with your wedding. They were so organized and helped me with everything I needed. They turned my dream wedding into a reality. The borrowed closet had literally anything you could want or need which helped us tremendously! Our day was absolutely perfect! I cannot thank them enough for all of their help during the planning process and during the wedding weekend🤍

The Alta House was truly the most amazing venue I couldn’t have asked for a better place to get married. From the moment we toured it, we knew it was something special.The entire space is absolutely gorgeous. The ceremony site, reception hall, dinner area, and bar are all beautifully designed classy, spacious, and so well thought out that minimal decorating is needed. It’s a venue that truly speaks for itself. There are also so many stunning photo locations, from the pond on the property to little hidden spots all over the venue.The bridal suite was more than spacious enough for all of us to get ready comfortably, and the Carl’s Cabin space for the guys was equally great. One of the biggest perks was their Borrow Closet. They offer a huge variety of décor items to use at no extra cost, including ceremony arches, table runners, vases, signage, card boxes, centerpieces, and more. It saved us so much time and money and really helped bring our vision to life without having to source a ton of things on our own.They also offer a shuttle van, which was a huge help. It transported guests to and from the venue, and even took the wedding party and family to the pond for photos, which meant no one had to walk across the large property in the summer heat. That level of care and convenience was just another reason we were so grateful for this venue.Now for the staff Phoebe and Rachel were truly incredible. I cannot say enough good things about them. They were beyond helpful every step of the way. From answering every random question I had, helping us build our timeline and day-of schedule, to literally decorating the entire venue for us they went above and beyond.Their support made wedding planning feel manageable, and having them there on the big day gave me total peace of mind. They were also so fun and kind to be around and ready to help with anything that came up so we never had to worry.And to top it all off, Alta House is incredibly affordable for everything they offer especially when you consider the space, decor, amenities, and the amazing team behind it all. They also are very transparent about their prices and have no hidden fees so you truly know the price. The value you get here is unmatched.If you’re considering The Alta House do it. It’s a beautiful space with an amazing team behind it. I would choose it again and again, and I truly cannot recommend it highly enough.

Our daughter and son-n-law were marred on June 29 at the Alta House event center. Our family likes to camp so we brought the campers and had a wonderful weekend. Phoebe and Rachel were so helpful from the first visit and thru the entire process always there to lend a hand or forgotten item. The venue was beautiful and they made the whole process so easy and stress free. If you need a venue for an event you could not find a better place. Phoebe and staff are the best.

The team at Alta House Event Center was amazing to work with from start to finish. They responded quickly to all of our questions and requests, which was so helpful during the busy wedding planning process. The space itself is truly stunning - the ballroom is filled with natural light and beautifully decorated, creating the perfect backdrop for our special day. Phoebe, Rachel and their team went above and beyond, setting up all of the decorations exactly as we had envisioned and helping to coordinate the events of the entire wedding weekend. While shopping around for venues, we were just about ready to choose one before visiting the Alta House. Right away, we felt more comfortable than we had at any other venue visit because Phoebe and Rachel didn't just show us the place, but got to know us first. They took the time to see if they would be a good fit for us rather than selling us on it. We could immediately trust them in helping us along the way.None of the planning was stressful at all. When we started to feel overwhelmed, Phoebe was a phone call away. They accommodated us with every big and small, odd and silly, fun and simple request we had, which made for an absolute perfect day that we will cherish forever.Right before rehearsal, Phoebe and Rachel grouped our bridal party and close family members together to give us a little pep talk so everyone was prepared to help make our big day as wonderful as it could be. We already knew how much Phoebe loves what she does but that really solidified our trust with her and her crew that we were about to have the best wedding we could ask for.My husband and I didn't lift a single finger day of. If anyone had a question, there Phoebe was. Then the moment came to walk down the aisle. I was frantically thinking of everything I could in case I missed something. There she was with such a calm voice cracking jokes to loosen me up - reminding me that she actually knows me at this point - spritzed me with perfume so guests can "smell the goddess as she walks by." 😆 I was calm and ready to get the party started!!Every moment went exactly how we described it on paper. I fully expected to be high strung to make sure everything went the way we planned but I didn't have to worry about anything. It was pure wedding bliss. Even the rest of the crew that helped that night was full of energy and I got to have fun with them too even just in passing!I can't recommend this place enough. It was beautiful, cozy, intimate yet spacious, had areas for both party people and those who prefer conversation, somehow elegant and comfortable at the same time, and had enough AC to combat the excessive heat. My only wish is that we could do it again and again. It is so very bittersweet that it's all said and done but we are so incredibly grateful for the nonstop effort Phoebe showed to make us feel like we were sincerely the only couple to ever get married at this venue. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Amazing experience! Let me start of by saying, I picked this venue being several hours out of town never seeing it besides by photos they had & video chat. The convenience of having ALL the wedding necessities (i.e. coordinator, decor, places to stay, things to do) all in one place was enough to seal the deal. But Phoebe was incredible to help me get through it all. To be honest, I put very little effort into setting up the day from beginning to end. I got extremely nervous just before I showed up at the venue (day before the ceremony), I thought I would have a ton of work ahead of me - but as soon as I got there, I was breath taken. It was set up so perfectly & beautifully, I didn’t need to add anything. Phoebe went above & beyond doing things for me I didn’t expect whatsoever but she just offered or even better yet, at times she completely read my mind (or rather my face) if I didn’t say it outright. She matched my energy for the whole event & did it ALL. My family & I had a fantastic wedding experience with the least amount of stress imaginable. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you, Alta House!

Finding a wedding venue can be an overwhelming task. Phoebe and the staff at The Alta House made the entire process very easy. From the walk throughs to the final touches on the big day, they were on top of everything. When our catering ran into a snag, Phoebe and her staff jumped in and came up with a great fix and it ended up being better than we anticipated.The event space is beautiful. Don't let the smaller look of the building fool you, the space on the inside is perfect. From the Bridal Suite to the outdoor areas, each space is beautifully decorated to suit your day and taste. The lending closet has everything you could want and if they don't have it, they will get it. The shuttles to and from the hotel were a life saver and gave us peace of mind that our guests would make it to the hotel safely. Being able to have the venue all weekend gave us time to get things done and not feel rushed. Our daughter and her brides maids loved being able to have a fun night at the venue and not have to drag their things from a hotel to a salon and then back to the venue. The guys had a great time in Carls Cabin the night before. Having those two accommodations on the venue grounds is such a great idea.We have gotten nothing but great feedback from all of the guests at the wedding. This space was perfect.

This place is very for a wedding or other celebrations the staff are great people to work with. A friend of mine gone married there last weekend. The staff did an excellent job. I would recommend it to anyone who are looking for a good event cente.
