We’ve worked with Chris on the WhatsApp side of our lead follow-up and found his training really useful.The biggest thing for us was speed. We were able to get back to leads much quicker, get in front of them somewhere they’re actually likely to see the message, and generally get a much better response than just relying on email.Chris knows this stuff inside out, but he doesn’t overcomplicate it. The training is practical, easy to follow and you can actually go away and implement it.It’s definitely helped us improve how we follow up leads, and I’d happily recommend Chris to anyone looking at using WhatsApp properly as part of their sales and marketing process.
