Jake repaired a leak and added Freon. He made sure everything was working correctly before he left. Very honest, respectful and knowledgeable. He didn’t try to upsell or sell me anything I didn’t need. I strongly recommend Artic Air

Jake was very informative and has met expectations. He not only did maintenance but installed a UV light in system which cleans & filters bacteria that runs through the Hvac system. I did this due to chronic sinus infections. Jake called a few days earlier to confirm appt & service needed. Also, called the morning if service to give an estimated Time of arrival. He was knowledgable & helpful. Thank you Jake.
