I believe that Robert Palanton’s review about his experience with Cara is 100% true!Working with Cara Conde was an awful experience, I am mind blown by this terrible experience with her and her husband considering all of her prior raving reviews about her service. The only benefit is that she will stage for you, but it's NOT worth the level of service and the effort and time wasted on the seller's end.She directly lied to my husband and I about working for FC Tucker —she told us she just hadn’t been in the office for a while. We called FC Tucker to tell them about our awful experience with her and they told us she hasn’t worked for FC Tucker since March 2025. We went in contract with her July 2025. Her actual Broker is circle 8 which we believe is a family broker.She took advantage of us being first time home sellers and not knowing what our expectations of her should be as our realtor—would never send any data on what was happening in our neighborhood or updates on what was planned for selling our house OR share feedback from open houses/showing unless we asked. She was extremely unprofessional and attention to detail was lacking. She made errors on our listing description and put the incorrect time for the open house on the listing. She also will only respond to text and will only answer what she wants when you have questions. She will never meet up or take phone calls to answer questions.Our last straw was when her husband Rob (Wendell) Lappin came to do one of our Sunday open house and showed up at 2pm. Our open house was from 1-3pm. About 15 minutes after 1pm, my husband noticed on our cameras that neither Cara nor Wendell had arrived yet and texted Cara to see what was going on. (Mind you, they told us there was a family that was very interested who had come to our Saturday open house (the day before) and was planning to possibly come look at the house again on Sunday.) in response Cara texted that her husband was coming and not her. My husband responded asking when and around 1:30pm she responded that “he’s on his way now”. He arrived at 2pm and later told my husband that he thought the open house was from 12-2pm!!!!! Their excuse was that people don’t really show up to open houses and that it’s not the most effective way to sell. She never apologized for him showing an hour into the open house!!After 80 days, we requested to end our contract with them because of how terrible their service was.There’s more detail that I will add about our experience when I have more time, but wanted to get this up ASAP so others who are considering know.

She is very unprofessional. She takes advantage of older people. That don't know what to do. The only reason she will take your house is if she's making more than she should. She is unreliable and everything below. .She also will not check on your properties while you're in the middle of selling them if you live far away from them when she only lives 20 minutes from the site.

Cara is extremly knowlagable and was very timely with her communication and was a true professional. Cara was extremly accurate with her valuation of the property which put us in a really good position to sell it quickly and slightly over our listing price. As an invester I have bought and sold over 30 houses and Cara was by far the best Realtor I have ever worked with. She was proactive and kept me updated throughout the process. When we ran into some issues with repairs that were needed she was able to draw on her professional relationships and close network to help get our escrow to the finish line.
