This is our second project working with Nick. He does high-quality work at a reasonable price. I also really like the pace he works at; he does a great cleanup at the end of each day.

Nick is a hard worker. He fixed a terrible leak that required removing stucco, replacing plywood, waterproofing, then restored it all back to new including painting inside and out. I would recommend him for all construction projects.

Nick came out to my property and gave me a very fair bid for work to be done. Once I agreed the work was done promptly and well with no issues or add-ons. Nick left the job site tidy. I highly recommend.
