I was recently looking to refinance my investment properties. Matt is so knowledgeable and provides honest advice as to which ones to refinance and which ones not to. He will run the numbers with the rates, the fees to refinance and give his expert advice whether it would be worth it or not and we as investor can make our decision to keep it the same. There are, I might say only less than 5% of lenders that are honest and not about earning their own commissions but put clients interest first. And Matt falls in that Category. I am definitely moving forward with the once I need to refinance and hiring him for all my future rental properties.

They treated me like a normal person and were honestly trying to get me the best deal without pressuring me into anything.
