Of course, every body different and I cannot speak for anyone else. It is disheartening and terrifying to know that without Adrienne’s assistance I would’ve gone through my entire adult life without having any of the problems I experienced corrected. There is nothing inserted anywhere inside you, and your privacy is totally safeguarded throughout the entire process. Adrienne is 150% open to questions prior during, and after steaming. I went in, her and I talked about how she could fix my irregular periods. She said she was mixing some herbs that would help me. Prior to steaming, she went over everything again. I sat down on a stool while she was in the other room playing relaxing music. Once the timer was done, we stepped out again and discussed long-term strategies about how I could better care for my overall health. See? Not scary. She told me that all of the emotional imbalances that I have are directly related to my irregular periods. She also told me that many of the physical problems I’m currently struggling with are also related to my irregular periods. I’m excited to get started and ecstatic that I took a chance on this.
