Amanda is incredibly knowledgeable about the different IV options and always helps me choose what’s best for my current mood, goals, or situation. Jenna gives the softest needle sticks I’ve ever had—she could easily work in a pediatrician’s office! Carlos is always friendly and adds to the warm, welcoming atmosphere.More importantly, the office is always spotless and well-maintained. They frequently offer great specials, and I love the little sweet snacks they have available. I love coming here! I was sick before my wedding and went and got an immunity IV two days before my wedding and I didn’t feel sick at all anymore on my wedding day! It saved me! I came back again to get a Meyers cocktail before my IVF transfer to prepare my body for success :)

I came in 2 days before my wedding. Only having done an IV one time when I was super hungover. Amanda made me feel so incredibly comfortable and taken car of. I have super small veins and doctors always poke me so many times, but Amanda got it right away and was such a ray of sunshine. She got me set up with a perfect IV bag, and literally the entire weekend everyone was saying how I was literally glowing. While that does come from me being happy, my skin is normally pretty good so the fact that so many people noticed a difference was awesome. It also really helped me stress levels, and detox before the day. I should've been way more hungover throughout the weekend, but this IV and AMAZING AMANDA made the wedding even better than I could've imagined. I would recommend anyone to go to this place before a big event it was magical. And for Prime IV Amanda is a keeper. That girl is so freaking awesome. See some pics for my glowing skin and vibes.

I had an amazing experience at Prime IV in Wheaton, and I can’t recommend them enough, especially Amanda! From the moment I walked in, everything felt professional, welcoming, and genuinely focused on my wellness.I’ve gotten IV therapies all over the country, and I usually stick with the standard Myers’ recovery cocktail. This experience, however, went far beyond anything I’ve had before. Amanda was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain each treatment so I felt completely comfortable. I did B12 shots, NAD therapy, and the Clean Slate treatment, and the results have been fantastic. I’ve noticed a real boost in my energy, mental clarity, and overall well-being.The Clean Slate treatment in particular left me feeling refreshed and reset- including Vitamin C, B Complex, Acetylcysteine, Magnesium, ALA, Glutathione, and Zinc, and truly felt like it supported my whole system in a way other IV therapies haven’t.You can tell Amanda really cares about what she does and the people she works with. Her bedside manner is second to none and even though I’m petrified of needles; she made the process seamless and comforting. If you’re looking to invest in your health and feel your best, this is absolutely the place to go. If I could give 6 stars I would !!

VERY POORLY RUN! They had me come in early and then made me wait an hour to get an IV. I walked out!No IV treatment place treats their customers likes this and no one should have to tolerate it. I had just made the appointment 2 hrs earlier.They said it was because the nurse was having difficulty getting an IV started on another customer. What?! If you can't get an IV started on someone after 45 minutes, then either that person should not be getting IV treatments or your nurse is inexperienced. And if you are making customers wait an hour for this nonsense, then you did not staff properly. Being nice doesn't overcome frustrating your customers.I called about 5 weeks ago on a Sat and they could not get me in because the nurse had to leave early. Published hours mean nothing.Thinking of cancelling my membership. That will cost me $100. DO NOT sign up for a membership unless you are willing to deal with this.I also go to an IV place in Elmhurst area. They ALWAYS have two nurses, I never have a problem getting in and always feel great after the treatment.
