First time there Gor evaluation. Was very impressed with the Doctor, told me things a regular doctor or Foot specialist never bothered to tell me. I will be going back to find out what treatment plan he has in mind for me. There are no medications involved with this treatment. Pretty amazing. . .

Today was my first appointment with a Suda health. I’ve never had such a comprehensive appointment concerning the neuropathy in my feet. Many tests were done and one treatment. I watched a very informative film and was given a book written by the owner of a suit of health. For the first time in years, I feel not just hopeful, but confident that my neuropathy will greatly improve and possibly disappear. Neuropathy has limited my activities and made me fearful and all kinds of situations, because of balance issues and fall risk. I highly recommend this practice.Risë MitchellMalcolm

This was my first visit. I've been dealing with a very stiff and painfully limiting condition in my right knee for the past two years. Actually since 1987, but it's gotten worse the past two years. I play (or try to play) a lot of tennis and I workout 3-4 times each week. My knee has (along with age to give Father Time his due) limited my ability to improve as well as to feel any relief. I've tried everything you can name from BPC-157 to Chiropractic to Injections and nothing worked. I was doubtful about Asuta's claim but I'll try anything other than surgery including giving up tennis which is my purpose and passion. I had one treatment. ONE! Already there's more flexibility and less pain. I have a match today and another tomorrow which will be the true test. Fingers crossed. More details to come. John

Sam is amazing at what she does! She truly cares about her patients and educates them throughout their chiropractic treatments. I highly recommend her for Pilates classes as well!

Dr. Sam has started a place in Lincoln where I can take care of my health by working on my core and overall strength and flexibility. She provides Pilates reformer classes at reasonable prices. Her studio is up-to-date and welcoming. I started Pilates again after 2 years of not being able to exercise routinely due to medical conditions. I’m happy to say that within weeks my posture and mood had improved from the effective and fun sessions. (Bonus-Dr. Sam has a great sense of humor!) She strives to make it a welcoming place where you can get to know her and others. After a few months my fitness level has improved and I am able to tackle other workouts and feel better sitting at my desk, hauling groceries, traveling, etc. After every Pilates session I walk out feeling refreshed and accomplished! Sam truly cares about all her people. She takes time to get to know you and listens to you. I have been doing Pilates with her for 3 months and have NEVER done the same workout. And I get a great workout each time. I highly recommend SJL.
