Krysta is an excellent agent. Despite the problems we faced, Krysta was right there to work through it with me. As a first time home buyer, I was overwhelmed. Krysta-Lynn was the listing agent for a house I was considering. I contacted her and she replied immediately. From there we worked together on identifying properties and located the perfect home. She listened carefully and demonstrated great knowledge of the area. She acted aggressively in a fast-moving market. Because I was buying the property remotly, without the opportunity to see it in person, she went over and above to view/video the properties and find the answers to all of my questions. My husband and I loved working with Krysta. She has such a great personality which shines even while being professional and doing her job. You can tell she adores what she does and she is also very good at it. We have already recommended her several times to family and friends. She makes the experience personal and does everything to make sure you're completely aware of all things happening or that could happen. Even during our closing process she jumped right in to hold, entertain, and feed my 5 month old. She goes above a beyond in all that she does. For us to gain a family friend out of a relator is just a bonus!

Krysta was an EXCELLENT realtor from start to finish, super nice and easy to talk to. As a first time homebuyer, she was very helpful in going over the process in addition to adhering to budget and our must haves. She was very supportive during offer conversations and provided great communication overall. She was very prompt in scheduling showings on properties we were interested in (via the portal OR through our own searches) and there was always open communication with timely responses. She was also very knowledgeable and persistent when trying to obtain additional details from seller agents on homes we were interested in (number of offers, deadline for offers etc.) I would use Krysta again in a heartbeat as a realtor! :)
