We called JT plumbing to fix a clog. Came out quoted us without even looking at the Basement toilet then tried to fix the problem. Tech was cleaning up and had asked if his work had a warranty it were to happen again and they said no because they gave us the 200 discount. So then I asked him to go downstairs to check the clog and it wasn’t fixed. And he wanted to charge us another 360 just to remove the toilet and reset it. These prices are crazy and they left with our 300 without the problem still being fixed. I hope no other families get scammed like we did especially during the holidays and now we are stuck calling another company.

They charged me 350 an hour to do a very basic fix. the employee treated me very disrespectfully, and made me feel bad about the work that I hired them for. I would definitely not recommend using this company unless you like being treated disrespectfully, and being way overcharged. do a better job and tell your employees not to question the owner of the house so much. I should have went with a different company

had an appointment minday from 8am-noon. get a call at 11am saying it is now from noon-4pm. i took the entire day off from work. waiting EIGHT HOURS, for them to call me at 4pm saying they wont be coming at all. i just lost an entires day pay and they offer to come the next day in another FOUR HOUR time slot. so i take off TWO days of work? If other customers had emergencies, you guys are professionals, you should be able to estimate how long the repairs will take. i refuse to believe that your plumbers couldnt deduce that the issues wouldn't be resolved in EIGHT hours. A repair that huge is quite obvious. If you value your time and money, I would go elsewhere.

Do not give these people business!!! I called and asked for a quote to clean out my sewer line and scope the line after. I was told they give no quotes or even ballpark estimates. They said I would be provided a quote after the technician got there and it would cost $89 for them to come out. When they came out they said it would be $1,000. This home is 6 months old. No issues with the sewer line just wanted to see if the line was intact. The tech came out. Did not do anything and somehow came up with a price tag of $1,000. I called to get my $89 back because I would have never wasted my time had I known it would be $1,000 for a job that should cost roughly $200-$300. The lady told me a manager would call me back. They never did. Do not waste your time calling this company.
