Definitely appreciate working with PRO-TEC on my whole house water purification system ( install and maintenance ) our installation technician Owen was easy to work with and did a great job. Also technician Nicholas M was a pleasure to work with. On our return maintenance troubleshooting shooting ( helping to understand system better ) service appointment Kenny P service manager did a great job with following up and keeping us informed. Office receptionist was a pleasure to talk to. Our service technician Nicholas was very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. You can tell they really love what they do. Service manager Kenny and service technician Nicholas worked together perfectly. Nicholas and Kenny spent a great deal of time explaining and making sure we were completely comfortable with our water system. Lots of great people here in Naples to work with, Pro-Tec has some of the best.

The technician, Dennis, presented me with two options for a solution to our plumbing problem. Fortunately option 1 was tried first and worked. Had it not worked option 2 would have been required and the cost of option 1 forgiven. Service was professional, friendly, and I believe fair, especially since it was performed on a Saturday around 5PM.

Owen and nick came out to do an install. Absolutely great work, very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend them to family and friends. Can’t say enough about what a great job on my water filtration system. Above and beyond 👍. I also had a second visit for some follow up work, Nick was the technician and just did a great job. Nick is very knowledgeable, communicates very well also very patient. Both Nick and owen were a pleasure to work with. Just recently had Nicholas M to do some repair and maintenance on my whole house water system and couldn’t be happier with the excellent, knowledgeable, professional and friendly service. Kenny P PRO-TEC service manager followed up keeping us informed and updated. Probably one of the best organized company as far as the way everyone works together as one . Manager Kenny P , Service tech Nicholas P , office receptionist not sure of her name but absolutely friendly and helpful. I believe Pro-Tec is a trustworthy heating, air and plumbing company.
