My cousin asked me to look for a cleaning company to deep clean her house in Grover Beach. I found Kare Teem Cleaning and requested a deep cleaning. Aurora and Nabor arrived on time. They are very kind and most of all they did a great job in deep cleaning our cousin's house. They were very thorough. Will definitely hire them again!

Honestly, the worst cleaning I’ve ever had. Hired them for a moving in cleaning. The house was empty so not much to clean and yet they didn’t do any of the floors. No mopping, no sweeping, no vacuuming. They showed up with 3 little bottles of “cleaning” products. I thought it’s strange when they showed up with no broom or mop. None of the so-called “checklist” was done. When brought up to management they offered to come back and clean it “again”, should’ve been done in the first place. Since that’s what I paid for. I declined and asked for a refund. I was denied until I sent pictures. Once they received the pictures, they agreed it wasn’t “cleaned properly”. They offered me a 20% refund , after receiving the refund, it wasn’t even close to 20%. Please don’t use this company if you actually want a clean houses.

Five stars, every time! The housekeeping team did a fantastic job, as always. My home looks sparkling clean, and all the surfaces are so shiny. Aurora and Nabor treat my home with the utmost care, and it truly shows in their work. Highly recommend!

Kare teem employee did a great job, I would use them again. The only complaint I have is to make sure surfaces are dry. Other than that great job.
