When I say kiran is the best massage therapist in all of Florida I mean that. He is a miracle worker. I had a knot in my back for over 10 years couldn’t get it out and with the health of him and being consistent on my massage massages and stretch stretching we were able to get it out. I have nothing but good stuff to say about working with body mechanic! I had never had a professional massage ever in my life, so I was a little nervous when I first got started. Kiran listened to me thoroughly, making sure to ask questions about my problem areas and my lifestyle to better understand how he can keep me and get me in quality working condition. I recently started getting more intense with my gym routine, which led to a lot of stress and new pain on my body that he helped to alleviate, continuing to give me guidance regarding things like form and also post- massage and exercise care to prevent further injuries. I am now a repeat customer, and find that a massage helps more to alleviate my pain from intense workouts/my scoliosis than my previous treatment methods.
