We spent a lot of time looking around shopping for cleaners since we have never really hired cleaners before. After a lot of deliberating we went with Pure Cleaners for a multitude of reasons. Setting up the appointment was super easy and the communication was amazing. Being able to text to setup an appointment and get a quote within minutes was top tier. As for the cleaning we have 2 cleaners, Mattie and Vianey. These 2 ladies were extremely polite, professional and did a beyond amazing job on the clean in a stellar amount of time. I have truly never seen our house shine the way it does. This company (and the cleaners specifically) have convinced me to continue with the recurring cleaning (which is surpisingly very affordable). Everything from communication, professionalism, and cleaning were top notch! 12/10 service and an amazing job! Thanks Vianey, Mattie and Pure Cleaning!

The team was friendly and did a great job on the bathrooms and kitchen areas. They did a fairly thorough job overall. I may have under estimated the impact of not having all of our stuff out of the way by the time the team arrived. They could have used more time to mop the floors and baseboards on the ground floor, but that's on me.
