If they are not capable of catering to the amount of clients, they should have been frank about it instead of making me wait. They gave me their available time slots and I was under the impression that they’d show up. If really there has been a conflict with the schedule, they should have been up front with me about it. Such business or service could not be sustained if they don’t know how to properly communicate with their client.
