This was a very complicated job that took several long days of leak detection work. Ricky and various other workman were respectful, polite and communicated with me every step of the way. I appreciated that Ricky was available by text or phone call at all times outside of the job to discuss monitoring updates and give advice. This service is very labour intensive and therefore has come at a high price but we are hopeful to recoup this with an insurance claim using Ricky’s carefully written report and photo evidence to support this. We had Pat come to my mums..This company are outstanding, so professional and caring..Pat was lovely in all he done to fix my mums leak and repairing all the damage caused.Still more to do once leak has dried out, but no worries knowing all work will be done professionally..Highly recommended...

Very satisfied with the process from booking to detection. Lewis was very helpful with booking and talking through the process and answering any questions. Shafi the engineer who visited was very professional and found the leak quickly.
