We had an emergency on a Friday night, Ben came out even though he was flying out for leave Saturday. Contained the problem, which then resulted an insurance claim. Ben then followed up on his return from leave to make sure everything was ok. We had to replace the toilet system which Ben completed for us. We could not fault Ben's service, workmanship or professional manner. The job was completed to the highest standards, neat and clean. We would not hesitate in recommending Ben to anyone. 10/10 service.
