If you have any typre of muscle injury or need any type of physio therapy for any reason this is the place you want to come. Very polite welcoming and happy attitude and i walked out with a lot more neck flexability. The only word i could use to describe this experience is magic. The atmosphere is so good i almost didn't want to leave.

Alesha was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease straight away. She helped me to understand what my issue was and gave me practical exercises and gave realistic expectations about the healing process and possible options if rehab was not enough. Highly recommend!
