James and the team at Spark growth have been amazing to work with. James initially reached out to us about a year ago or so, and at the time we had just contracted a larger outfit to redo our website. Although we were satisfied with the site to a degree, our account manager changed hands, and we completely lost the personal attention that we were hoping for.As a result, when James called again, we were much more inclined to listen to his presentation. Our situation was unique because the owner of the company is sometimes hard to reach, and so James was very patient as our manager relayed the information back-and-forth between him and the business owner. Eventually, we made the decision to move our services over to Spark.Not only did we get to see some monthly savings up front, but we really liked the new design of our website much more than what we had before. Our surprise was really triggered when all of a sudden we were getting more leads from our website than we were getting calls to our main number. That was a first! Whatever Spark is doing for us seems to be working very well.
