Suzanne was a joy to work with. She is professional, knowledgeable, and a fantastic communicator. We have bought and sold many houses and by far Suzanne's thorough marketing was superb. Our house sold the first day of showings. She coordinated the sale and purchase of our new home with back-to-back closings that were seamless. We would highly recommend Suzanne and the Damon Home Team.

We worked with Katrice from the Damon team buying our first house. She did everything she could to make a stressful process as easy as she could. She was in contact with us almost daily for 4 months until we finally closed. Couldn’t recommend her enough.

My brother and I met with Suzanne yesterday about possibly looking at investment properties in NH. He is considering selling in Cleveland and moving to NH to be near family. Susanne had obviously spent time doing some research and prep work (after he initially called her to set up a consultation) and then spent a considerable amount of time educating and advising him about the differences in state laws and regulations, property values on the east coast and potential ways to be making his current rental property work for him. She was very knowledgeable and helpful; giving him lots of information to help guide him in making some decisions. She was very generous with her time, knowledge and advice…..expecting nothing in return. She is an honest, straight shooter who wants to understand and help people and is not just out to secure her commission. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area and really wish I would have met her a year ago before we made a move. Thank you so much Suzanne for everything!!

We sold our home in late May of 2026 through The Damon Home Team, Suzanne was our agent. Our home sold, with multiple offers, after the first open house above the asking price. Unfortunately, the sale of our home coincided with a serious medical diagnosis for my husband and he was in Mass. General hospital on the day of the closing. Suzanne and a legal rep. traveled to his hospital room on the day of the closing while I went to the closing office nearby. Needless to say, because of her willingness to get the job done, the closing went off without a problem. Suzanne and her husband could not have been kinder and helped in so many ways both professionally and personally, including building a temporary wheelchair ramp for my husband to use. They let my husband and I concentrate on his medical condition while they went above and beyond to get the job done. Our most sincere thanks go out to these wonderful people.

When we realized my mother could no longer manage her home in Hooksett, New Hampshire, we contacted Suzanne Damon with the Damon Home Team at eXp Realty. We were overwhelmed and honestly didn’t know where to begin. Suzanne jumped in and helped us with everything. She helped us sell the home, remove belongings, prepare and stage the property, set the right price, coordinate the cleanout, market the home, and ultimately find the right buyer. What stood out most was how Suzanne cared for us throughout the entire process. She held our hand, communicated with us constantly, and reassured us every step of the way that we were in good hands. If you are helping an elderly parent sell their longtime home, handling an estate, or looking for a Realtor who understands downsizing in Hooksett or Southern New Hampshire, I highly recommend Suzanne. She didn’t just sell my mother’s house. She helped our family through a very difficult transition with compassion, experience, and professionalism. We could not have done it without her.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with our real estate agent, Suzanne Damon. Our journey to finding our home was anything but simple—it actually started years ago when we purchased a piece of land with plans to build, only to eventually decide that selling the land was the right choice.Over the years, we made several trips from out of state to look at properties, trying to figure out exactly what we wanted. At one point, we found what we thought was the perfect lot and began working with an architect to design and build our dream home. Unfortunately, that process didn’t go as planned, and we found ourselves back at square one. That’s when Suzanne really made a difference. Rather than simply showing us properties, she listened to us, understood what we were looking for, offered honest advice, and helped us recognize that the perfect home for us might already exist. Her patience, knowledge, guidance, and genuine commitment to helping us find the right home made all the difference. After such a long and sometimes frustrating journey, we finally found a home that feels absolutely perfect for us.We are incredibly grateful for everything Suzanne did along the way. Buying a home is a huge decision, especially when you’re doing it from out of state, and having someone you trust in your corner is invaluable. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and truly dedicated real estate professional. Suzanne didn’t just help us buy a house—she helped us find our home!

We sold and bought at the same time in Manchester New Hampshire, without ever being left without a place to land, and that's really because of Suzanne. She kept the timing tight, stayed calm when we weren't. Her experience is beyond valuable to navigating and negotiating. she is a negotiating ninja in your corner. I recommend Suzanne Damon to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home.

We ended up with a buyer who paid 30K more than the first offer, which honestly says everything about what Suzanne brought to this sale. She kept us calm, kept us informed, and gave us real advice when we needed it most. I'd recommend her without hesitation.

Suzanne and her team were incredible as my wife and I were not only searching for a home to buy in NH, but also selling our condo. Suzanne was always quick to give us updates as we were going through the process and always had our best interest in mind. She worked with us for many months looking for the right house and would always provide us with her honest thoughts of the property. Her expertise is top notch. We finally found the house that checked all of the boxes and Suzanne was able to get our offer accepted, despite multiple offers on the home.I highly recommend Suzanne (and her team) if you are looking to buy or sell property in the southern NH area. Thanks again, Suzanne!

From the very first conversation, Suzanne gave us complete confidence that selling our New Hampshire home from hundreds of miles away in New York was not only possible, but would be seamless. When I asked her how we could possibly manage selling a second home from so far away, she simply said, “I’ll take care of it.” And that’s exactly what she did. What made this even more impressive was that we were selling in the middle of winter. During the process, we navigated two blizzards, and Suzanne was there every step of the way. She kept an eye on our property, stopped by to monitor everything while we couldn’t, coordinated and was present for work that needed to be completed following the inspection, and regularly sent us updates without us ever having to ask. Being hundreds of miles away, that level of proactive communication and care gave us tremendous peace of mind. She handled every detail with incredible professionalism, thoughtfulness, and strategy, making the entire process feel effortless on our end. We always felt like our home was in the most capable hands. The results speak for themselves. Our home was on the market for just three days before we received multiple offers above asking price. Suzanne’s pricing strategy, marketing, positioning, and expert guidance exceeded every expectation we had.If you’re looking for a realtor who truly delivers on their promises and treats your home as if it were their own, Suzanne is the one to call. We couldn’t recommend her more highly. Thank you, Suzanne, for making what could have been a stressful, long-distance winter sale such an incredibly successful and positive experience!

Karen was exceptional from start to finish! As new and overwhelmed as my husband and I were getting started in this process, Karen’s kindness, knowledge, and professionalism kept any nerves about it all at bay. She was so attentive and well organized that the start of our search to close took about a month in total!!! We found our dream spot after only a few short visits of properties and the closing was quick and nearly effortless to the moment of being handed the keys to our first purchase. I would recommend Karen to anyone. She will be an asset and a pleasure to have alongside such a milestone in anyone’s life.
