First she tried to close at more than the commission was until i pointed it out and yes i have text messages to show that. Then she charged for admin fees that I explicitly checked 'no' to on our contract but did not refund the extra money that she took for an elderly man's home that needed the money for long term care. Again, i have text messages to show that, though she said she would fix it but did not. Never had an open house or kept me apprised of showing outcomes. Worst realtor I have ever dealt with.
