I'm 62, and have never had a real eye exam. I did have my eye pressure measured in the early 80's... how things have changed!These folks are amazing, from the front desk walking me through who my actual eye insurance was through (very patient and professional) all the way through the amazing equipment they have to assess the health of your eyes.Zero upsell, just options.Instead of selling me expensive prescription glasses, my doc said the readers were fine for now, but again gave me options.100% thoroughly impressed by every single step of this process, I should have done it 30 years ago.BTW, I went here on the recommendation of my wife. She's worn prescription glasses for over 40 years and has seen many optometrists.She says that she's been to none better.

it's hard to turn a 1 star into a 5 star. But these guys did it. I had an issue, I left, and not 30 minutes later I had a call regarding my issue. That is customer service you just don't get anymore. this 5 star review is purely based on their customer service alone.their eye doctors are are amazing. and they work with you to ensure everything is alright. The only regret I have is even posting a 1 star review in the first place. They just needed time to explain the situation. sometimes you're quick to leave a bad review when you have a headache. Dr Moffatt is an exception to the rule when it comes to caring about patients.
