G force is such an open and friendly environment to learn a new skill and make friends.I love the ladies only classes that are private on tuesdays and the space is shared with the adults class on SaturdaysThe coaches are so enthusiastic it’s hard to work out where they get their energy from to deliver class after class on an evening and weekend, this really helps motivate me to reach my goals

I joined G Force Smethwick around 9 months ago on the ladies 4 week taster course and enjoyed it so much that I stayed on for regular weekly classes. The coaches are so encouraging, friendly and knowledgeable. Equipment and facilities are excellent. The coaches motivate and train you for regular grading opportunities so you can attain belts to mark your progress. This is the only fitness/activity that I have stuck with longer than a few months and that’s because of the challenge and teaching provided by the coaches. If anyone is on the fence about trying a martial art in their 30s, I highly recommend G Force Martial Arts Smethwick! Thank you coaches Tom, Luis and Cal!

The ladies session is absolutely amazing. Love the energy from the coaches which gets everyone moving and enjoying.I have stuck with them as each lesson is fun rather than repetitive.
