I wasn’t expecting to be treated well because I was only using my company HMO (my past experiences with other dental clinics using my HMO were not as great as this). But I was treated with respect and care—as if I were a VIP. Kudos to the secretary: very accommodating, kind, and patient (I’ve never had an experience like this before). Kudos as well to my dentist, who was very kind, respectful, and did an excellent job. She didn’t just brush my teeth; she cleaned them thoroughly. I didn’t have even the tiniest disappointment. I will surely come back for future appointments. I had my doubts at first, but I highly recommend that you give them a try.
