This was my first time getting classic eyelash extensions at BP Brow & Lash and I had a wonderful experience with Yvonne.I’ve had lash extensions done elsewhere before and often found the process quite uncomfortable, with some stinging and rough handling. With Yvonne, it was completely different. She was incredibly gentle throughout the entire appointment and made me feel comfortable and at ease from start to finish.I felt confident and safe in her expert hands, and the application process was surprisingly relaxing. Most importantly, there was no stinging or discomfort, which made a huge difference to my overall experience.I’m very happy with the results and will definitely be returning. Had my first eyebrow embroidery session with Qianwen and it was such a great experience! I went in not knowing much about eyebrow shapes or what would suit my face, but she was incredibly meticulous and patient in designing and shaping my brows. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was okay with the shape throughout the whole process.The session was surprisingly painless after the topical anaesthetic kicked in (I believe I even fell asleep!), and her professionalism really gave me confidence and peace of mind. I’m so happy with how natural and flattering my brows turned out. Highly recommend Qianwen if you’re considering eyebrow embroidery for the first time!

I felt very worthwhile although I need 1hour journey to BP Brow & Lash at Bedok Mall. I did my Misty Eyebrow Embroidery today and was attended by Qianwen who is very patient and gentle to reshape my eyebrows. She explained clearly and suggested the best choice to me. Just had my lash lift done with Yvonne at Bedok Mall. I’ve always had therapist struggling with my right lashes and it’s always not done right no matter where I’ve gone. Yvonne had done such an amazing job with my lashes I’m truly impressed and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Her service was gentle and she’s clearly skilled.
