First time visiting BP Brow and Lash after checking online for lash extensions service at east side.Made an appointment and during day of visit was served by Yvonne.She’s nice and gentle. Today is the 3rd day of the last extension, and I’m glad none of the strand had drop. As usually a few strands might hv drop after 1-2 days. Thankfully it’s nt stinging to the eyes. Thus, I’ll definitely be back again.Love that they do not do any push /hard sell for package. Which makes me want to go back even more.Thank you Yvonne 🙏🏽

Came to do misty eyebrow embroidery. It was such a wonderful experience which assisted by Yvonne. She is very lovely, caring and professionally. She took a long long time to help me design a nice brow shape which suits my face and keep making sure it is well balanced. Also, she explained very well after the process done to make sure my eyebrow in a good situation.The whole process was very comfortable and surprisingly not pain at all. As I did once before which have little pain, but the whole process I did by Yvonne was so comfy. The results are very nice and makes me so satisfied. Will come back again in the future!

I recently did my misty eyebrow with Qianwen and I’m honestly very satisfied with the results. She was extremely patient and professional, taking the time to analyse my face shape and explain what style would suit me best before starting. Throughout the process, she kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the shape.The misty brow turned out very natural, soft, and well-balanced — exactly the look I wanted. It doesn’t look harsh at all and really enhances my overall features. The environment was clean and relaxing too.
