Catawba Wildlife was fantastic. My initial phone call was answered by an employee of the company - not an answering service. l explained my situation and she was able to work a service call the day of my call and they solved my problem completely. The service tech was excellent and he went beyond the call of duty to make sure the job was done thoroughly. Five stars.
