They were so skilful, kind and supportive and made sure that I was fully informed about every step of all the procedures and after care required both verbally and in writing - even down to the timing of the next dose of ibuprofen (only really needed for the facial swelling as I had no pain). I cannot thank Vish enough for all that he has done for me and my smile. After nearly 10 years of feeling self conscious about my front teeth and smile I now feel confident and happy. Nearly 10 years ago I lost my front teeth in a sporting accident. The dentist at the time left the root of my front tooth in and placed a bridge across my front teeth. This bridge was discoloured and unnatural looking at the gums. Additionally, the remaining broken root ate away at my bone and resulted in a massive infection which nearly 10 years later left me excruciating pain. At no point up until this pain occurred did I realise that the infection in the tooth was growing and that if it was to carry on, there would be no tooth left for anything to happen with. Vish clearly outlined all of my options and went through each one in great detail to give me comfort and reassurance that I was making the correct decision. I went with having two implants with a crown and veneer to make my perfect smile. The whole process from start to finish was amazing. Thanks to Vish and his team, it was so easy and stress free. Vish explained how the process would work and the amount of time that the procedures would take. There was a number of times in which I personally was anxious because of the scale of surgery and the recovery process. Every concern was followed up and Vish and his team were very quick to get me an appointment to double check all the work that had been done and ensure that the healing process was the best it could be. I cannot thank Vish and his team enough for the job they have done, I feel so confident with my new teeth and I haven’t stopped smiling since. They were pushing unnecessary treatments and their hygiene appointments were costing more than the annual dental plans at HSDC. I have since had some important work done on my teeth via Invisalign which was for health rather than cosmetic in my case and the care and aftercare has been first class. Can’t rate them highly enough and have recommended them to several friends who have had problems with their dentist. Having not seen a dentist for years after previous negative experiences, I definitely felt at ease with everyone I've come across, reception, assistants, hygienists and dentists. Really welcoming team as a whole. Had my invisalign consultation with Donna, was given all the information needed, really informative and friendly without being pressured, Donna giving first hand information and tips being helpful. Had initially Andy complete xrays/photos and start of the beginning of my invisalign journey who is definitely passionate about his work and specific about expectations. Had most my appointments with Nakul after who is so compassionate about his work and putting me at ease and enthusiastic with what he does, and being so flexible in the days we've booked appointments due to my working days which is very much appreciated. So happy I joined this practice and couldn't be happier with the outcome and most defiantly continuing with them! Always fantastic with communication. Would 100% reccomend! The Practice has change the last time I lived in Melton I use the provider and always happy with the services they provide me, now after almost 3 year I moved back to these lovely Town of Melton Mowbray, and decided to use the services of these dental practitioners again but what a disappointment. First visit the dentist didn't even look in my mouth, and was happy to diagnose me straight away. She had the audacity to offer me botox as a treatment, without even looking in my mouth, maybe it was a way to call me old I know I am in my 40s but I am happy with my appearance, lol. I was unhappy and asked" how can you diagnose me without even looking in my mouth?" and I asked for an x-ray, she say that the diagnose of a cracked teeth as she has predicted won't show on the x-ray. I decided I like to hear a different oppinion and asked the reception to see a different dentist, a month later the call me to book another appointment with a different dentist, last week on my new appointment the new dentist just saw the notes from the previews dentist and again didn't even look at my mouth and was already pushing me to the same dyagnose, and when he needed to explain what was going on I couldn't her as he was wearing a face mask and a plastic she protector over he's face I couldn't her or understand a word he was saying, I asked him if I put my mask on if he could remove he's so I could understand, he refused so I polite ask to be excuse and left the place and asked for my plan to be terminated. I need some work doing, but I'm not anywhere near worried anymore and feel confident going back to get it done.
