I had my lash extensions done with Ksenia over 20 days ago and I’m still so happy with the results. They are holding up beautifully and only need a small maintenance appointment soon. She perfectly achieved the look I wanted with great attention to detail. Highly professional and highly recommended.

My overall rating is lower primarily because of the customer service experience I received more than anything.Unfortunately, I will not be returning to have my lashes done by Love. During my appointment, there were several issues that left me feeling dissatisfied and ultimately influenced my decision not to return. Started off with my appointment was scheduled for 4pm and she she didnt show up until 4pm. She was finished at 5:33pm. I dont know if she has heavy hands are what, but ive never experienced someone pushing DOWN on my eyes and pulling my eyelids the way that she did. Felt like I waa being torched. I paid a significant amount for this service, and I was disappointed that my lashes began falling out the same day. Combined with the customer service I experienced, I did not feel that the service met my expectations. I chose Lash Studio because a friend of mine is a regular client there and has had positive experiences. She sees Ksenia, and based on her recommendation, I decided to give the studio a try. If I decide to return in the future, I would schedule an appointment with Ksenia instead.UPDATE:Apparently the comment that was made underneath my comment was erased. The OWNER advised me that they will make things better. I can either get a refund or correct the techs errors. Apparently, the administrator, whom I spoke with over the phone, wouldnt allow me to talk to the owner and told me that I wont receive anything but a 20% discount for my NEXT appointment. I am not coming back! The way that things are being handled after I reached out and had a back and forth conversation through texting, im guessing with the admin, I dont see how theyre still in business with the attitudes and unprofessionlism that is being displayed.DO NOT GO HERE!!Attachments are shown. I have never experienced anything like this ever. I wish that I could give them NEGATIVE stars!Update as of Sunday June 7th. The 2nd comment that was left under my review, The owner still hasnt reached out. Another lie. I have a screenshot of that, too. Atp, im over this. I shouldve been over it the first day. I thought I had finally found a place, closer, to me, but I see that I will make a drive to Plymouth for now on.

Got my lashes done today by love and I’m obsessed. She nailed it and I immediately booked my two week appointment. I recommend to everyone so clean so peaceful and my results were amazing.

I am a mom I never get to do anything for myself. Today my husband surprised me and brought me here! I got my lashes done and my brows and let me tell you how AMAZING these women are! The shop itself is beautiful and as soon as I walked in and sat down, they offered me a cup of coffee and not even 10 minutes later I was in the room. I love this place and would recommend it! The prices are also very reasonable!

I went to Lash Studio for body waxing and was very satisfied. Excellent service, a pleasant atmosphere, great prices, and an amazing technician — everything was done carefully and professionally.My girlfriend regularly comes here for eyelash extensions, and the results always look amazing. She is also very happy with both the quality of the work and the customer service.A really great place — definitely recommend!
