I visited Willow Ridge for the first time yesterday, and the customer service here is by far the best I have ever experienced at any garden center. Greg and Scott helped me pick out the perfect dwarf tree for my Japanese garden, and they have plants I could not find anywhere in Knoxville. There are several other good garden centers near me in Knoxville, but I will go out of my way for their outstanding service and great selection of plants and everything else you can imagine.

Visited for the first time, during a torrential downpour. Needed to pick up some trees for my sister. RB is extraordinary! I’ve worked at retail nurseries and I’ve never seen such commitment to customer service. He was out in the storm showing us the trees and eventually loading them while it was still raining. Will definitely be back!

First of all, what a beautiful nursery and garden center. Not only is the selection gorgeous but the prices are really good. The highlight was working with RB. What a nice guy. Here it is pouring rain and with a smile, he happily shows us trees and pulls them out for loading. He made our experience. Thank you, RB.

I recently discovered this nursery, and I love it! The half hour drive is worth it. They have a big selection of flowers, shrubs, and native plants. All plants I have bought so far are healthy. The fish ponds are beautiful and now I want one - ha! Plus, great selection of trellis and other fun garden decor. Very nice and knowledgeable staff. This is definitely in my top two favorite places to get plants.

I always see something new when visiting Willow with each trip, and it's always something I have wanted and end up buying. The selection is vast, healthy, and the pricings are fair for the quality! The staff is always wonderful and understands the proud planty parents. I didn't get his name, but thank you for telling me about the patio and this big girl! I'm glad I caught you at the register so we could cheese together over her! Made my day 🤗
