My husband and I visited Willow Ridge for the first time, and we will most certainly be back! The entire process went smoothly from start to finish. We called to ask if they had a specific item and spoke to a sweet young lady. The moment we stepped out of the vehicle, we were greeted by a kind man who asked us if we needed any help. When we went into the store to look for what we called about, Cheyanne went out of her way to help us and get us everything we needed. She was very personable and a joy to talk to. We are elderly, and she even offered to carry our heavy items to our car for us. We really enjoyed our time here and our interactions with their amazing staff. Great place!

Cashiers are friendly, and the rock was loaded promptly onto the trailer. Many items are pricey compared to other places, but they have a great selection of decorations and plants. They also have good advice for plant issues.

The best garden center in the Knoxville area! The staff goes above and beyond and the prices are reasonable. The plants are very well taken care of. My Lenten rose bush grows bigger and bigger every day.

We searched high and low for San Marzano tomatoes. My brother mentioned seeing this nursery so we stopped. It was beautiful and everything we needed for the garden.

Willow Ridge has been a huge blessing to our family. My grandma and grandpa were really struggling to keep their beloved koi pond healthy but weren’t able to make it work. So after 30 years of keeping a beloved pond and fish, they decided to give up their fish to a loving home. Thankfully, I was able to work with Gene to arrange a pickup for her koi. The 2 men that showed up were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We are so thrilled to know the fish will have a happy, healthy home. Thank you, Willow Ridge!! Can’t wait to take them on a fish visit!
