I was moving from a different state and Chris made the process very easy and efficient which I appreciate a lot because I had limited time to actually look at places. Chris sent me several homes that fit my requirements and we were able to talk about them (location, price, amenities, etc) and selected about 7 or so locations to visit in person. From those, there was one that was the absolute best location and Chris worked so hard to get me the best price possible (with even a buyer's credit!). This helped a lot with closing costs.
