Sometimes it's great to meet a Tradesmen who cares about their customers and Richard is one of the old school (if a job is worth doing then it's worth doing well). It is clear from the start that he is experienced in what he does and a firm knowledge of what he does also. I believe he is worthy of 10 stars but Google only do 5.
