All I can say is wow. In a time where craftsmanship and taking a sense of pride in your work is so hard to come by, this group of folks obviously cares about what they do and you as a customer. From the moment he arrived, the salesman Peter was extremely helpful and answered the slew of questions I had after doing a ton of research on having my crawlspace environment sealed. It was a tight space and I wanted some professional opinion before I decided whether I wanted to tackle it myself and I’m glad they were on the list to call. The production manager Steven followed up after deciding to use Crawlspace Ninjas and came to do an on site evaluation and measure for the new entry door to be custom made. His level of realism and expertise was highly appreciated. Next came the techs, Matt and Cameron. These guys knocked the installation out the park. I’ve dealt with contractors in the past, so I had some skepticism on how much pride may go into the details, after all it’s a crawlspace not a living area. They quickly eliminated any doubts I had with their attention to detail and I can’t see how I would have done any of it any better. After spending some considerable time under there myself before their installation, I never wanted to go back under the house again. Now I actually enjoy being under there, something I never thought I’d say. They kept me informed during the entire process and Steven visited the site to ensure everything was going smoothly. A major difference in the space as you can see from the before and after photos. A huge thank you to these guys for their hard work and the pride they put into doing it right the first time. A shoutout to Jennifer and Caroline in the office as well as they are also great, they are both so friendly and extremely helpful anytime I called. Everyone I dealt with gives me full confidence I made the right decision choosing Crawlspace Ninjas to seal my crawlspace, I can’t say enough good things about all of them. I cannot say enough good words about Crawl Space Ninja. They literally saved our home sale! Home inspections recommended mold remediation and encapsultion in order to protect the crawl space area and ensure resident health and safety. Peter came out for the intital inspection and recommended a plan without trying to oversell the project. The project manager, Steven, came out to access the materials needed to complete the job and scheduled the work. Our buyers requested a specific time line which Steven and crew - Cameron, Kevin, and Matthew - were able to accomodate earlier than planned. The work was professionally implemented with proficient attention to detail. Our first time home buyers were very pleased with the quality of work as were we. Now we’re scheduled for encapsulation in our new home. Great job guys!👍🏻

I am so very pleased with my experience with my crawl space encapsulation! Customer service is definitely a core value of this company. Every question answered with patience as I was educated on the process. I was kept informed every step of the way. I don’t live locally and pictures and videos were sent to keep me updated. The team found a plumbing issue and informed me allowing me to hire a plumber and have the issue resolved before it became a huge problem. Steven Malpass met with me several times when I was in town. The crew Cam, Matt and Kevin were polite and professional. Care was taken in the yard with the sump pump drain line. The final inspection revealed a clean encapsulated crawl space and a neat clean exterior environment. I can’t thank Crawl Space ninjas enough for making this process easy and understandable. In a culture where calling a company results in pressing numbers to finally connect with the office, I never had difficulty calling and connecting with Jennifer when I had questions. I definitely recommend this crew and Crawl Space Ninjas
