Cameron, Kevin and Matt were great!!! They were very professional and got the job finished a day early! Steve was also very professional to work with and helpful in explaining all the work that was needed. I'm definitely not afraid of going under our house anymore!

We had a great experience working with Steven Malpass and the Crawl Space Ninja of Wilmington team! They recently installed an AprilAire dehumidifier in our crawl space, and it is working flawlessly.A few reasons we highly recommend Steven:- Easy Process: He made the decision-making process effortless and helped us select the right setup.- Knowledgeable & Responsive: He answered all of our questions thoroughly and had tremendous attention to detail.- Single Point of Contact: Steven handled everything from start to finish, including coordinating the electrical work.He was there from day one through completion, making the entire project incredibly smooth. If you need crawl space solutions, definitely call Steven and the CSN of Wilmington team!

We had our Crawl Space fully encapsulated about 3 months ago. I can say it's made a huge improvement in the humidity and musty smell we started experiencing in our home (built in 1960) and I'm happy we had it done. The entire process was smooth from the start. Steve especially takes the time to make sure his customers understand the work being done, that things are done right and takes pride in the work the team provides. I felt like he truly cared about our home and we will continue using him for maintenance. The team (Cam, Kevin and Matt) were all great during installation, with Cam communicating every day on progress and some plumbing issues that came up.

The humidity here at the beach convinced us to encapsulate our crawl space. Thank you! Highly recommend!
