I’m thankful for this company because it saves me thousands of dollars in real estate commissions! I am in control, I can talk to the buyers agents directly, SO much better than FSBO (when you do that, you’ll have 50 calls every day from realtors trying to get your business). This process is pretty self explanatory but they have customer service available if you need it. It’s not as easy as listing with an agent, but for the price, it’s a no-brainer for me.

I highly recommend Realty Net as an affordable way to list and sell your property. As an experienced real estate investor, I chose the basic plan which worked well for me and I listed my home competitively, held two open houses that were wildly successful and sold the house to buyers that were at the second open house on the third week on the market at full price! As is expected, I chose to cooperate and pay the buyer's agent commission and I believe that is still expected, especially in this market but I saved the 2.5% on the seller's side. I could not be happier and will be listing other properties soon.

I decided to list my house myself and do the flat rate MLS route in order to save on realtor fees. This was my first time walking through this process and I am so pleased to say that by doing so I saved a lot of money and sold my house within a few weeks of their team listing it. Greg and Ronel were so helpful and wonderful to work with. I had technical difficulties and they were thorough and patient while I worked through these problems. They were timely about the whole process and worked quickly to get my listing posted as soon as possible. Their fees were reasonable and the service they offer is a great alternative if you are looking to sell your home yourself. Worth every penny. I could not recommend them more and (if I still owned a home in Oregon) I’d work with them again in a heartbeat.

This is my second time using Realty Net/ByOwnerOregon and given the opportunity would use them again and again. They provide various packages and pricepoints so you can basically build exactly what you need to sell your house/condo yourself. The Messick's are responsive and so very, very helpful should you need it. They always reached back out immediately and answered my questions no matter how silly I thought they might be. All in all it has been another wonderful experience, selling my house myself, with the support of Realty Net/ByOwnerOregon. I highly recommend!! <3

If you're selling by owner,I highly recommend using realty Net.For $300 They put me on multiple listing.I hadn't had any inquiries using Facebook and craigslist.I had a call from a realtor 2 hours after listing and a full price offer the next day.House is now officially SOLD!!!

Had a great experience using Realty Net LLC/FSBO. Greg was readily available for questions, the platform was easy to work with, and most importantly, my home sold quickly, with an offer at asking price just one day after I listed. I stayed firm on concessions, without the pressure a seller's agent may have added to just get to close, and ended up closing at a price I was really happy with, and of course, saved a great deal by not paying a listing agent fee. I really think more people should consider this alternative to paying excessive agent fees.

I used Greg's flat fee listing service to sell a mobile home, that my agent was unable to sell. I saved a boat load of money by not having to pay a commission to a listing agent, and I believe I got the deal to the finish line because I was able to have direct contact with the buyer's agent without additional people in the middle, which can sometimes leave you wondering what the buyers are really thinking.

Overall it was a good experience and we did save probably $10k in commissions we would have paid with a traditional realtor. This is the future, and more people should know they don't need to still be paying full commission any more.
