While it’s fun when things go exactly as planned I believe that integrity shows up when everything doesn’t go perfectly smoothly and that was the case here. There was a slight miscommunication between us and the roofing team but when we reached out they stepped up and made things right. My house painting project is complete! I’m very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Pearl Painters! Here’s what I liked:* They used a fungicide and low pressure water to clean the surface and remove mold without destroying things.*They replaced missing and failed caulking (instead of just going over the sketchy cracked stuff).* They listened to my desire to stretch my paint to closer to the 10-12 year mark, and willingly let me upgrade the quality of paint. After all, $225 for an extra 2-4 years is absolutely worth it!* They left everything clean as promised.* There was no sign of damaging overspray.* They did an outstanding job of communicating the status of the project.* They took care in working with the weather so the paint would apply and dry properly.
