Loads of equipment, impeccableThey have schedules that accommodate just about everyone’s needs.I’ve been working with “ Evan” . He’s a true professional, knowledgeable . He’s encouraging ( how about if we get a heavier weight, love that!)I have a torn hamstring , which affects my gym lifeEvan has been showing me what I can and cannot do. Started at Breakthrough Performance in November '25 and I'm very happy with the results. I am an almost 60 male with my share of aches and pains and Eric, and Marc are very accommodating to modify the day's exercise plan individually around those conditions. I was never really a gym person, but I was looking for something that would push me and help me reach my goals. As a dad of two, flexibility and efficiency are really important to me. About a year ago I tore my ACL, so finding the right environment to safely rebuild strength was a big priority. Breakthrough has been incredible throughout that process. The coaches really focus on teaching proper form and helping you progress the right way, which has helped me feel stronger and more energized than I have in a long time.I love how easy the app makes scheduling, and the class flexibility makes it manageable even with a busy schedule. The group environment is supportive and motivating. It genuinely feels like everyone wants to see each other succeed. The coaches are amazing, and Coach Evan, who I train with most often, has been especially helpful in building my confidence and strength.Highly recommend for anyone looking for structure, accountability, and a supportive community.

Moved to East Northport a few months ago and was trying to find a new gym. Thankfully was able to find Breakthrough Performance on Instagram and couldn’t be happier. It’s a great atmosphere to workout with great trainers. Eric and Marc have been amazing and very helpful during my time there. The sessions have been really great and I am already feeling a difference in such a short amount of time. Would recommend Breakthrough Performance to anyone who is looking for a gym where everyone is welcome at all levels. You definitely will not be disappointed!!

This place ROCKS for real!!! 1. Although it is group workouts, it feels like PERSONAL training because the classes are super small and personal. They know you and tailor exercises to your level and needs. I have very real back issues and was hesitant to train again because of them and I have had ZERO issues with pain or injuring myself. 2. Being held accountable for actually making it to the gym was really important to me. I have an insane work schedule and would slack on my workouts but the schedule here is extremely flexible and it is so easy to book on my own time. 3. The workouts are super fun and go by fast. Literally after a full hr of class I am always shocked that we are done. It’s crazy. 4. Lastly, the trainers are genuinely kind and good people. They care about you. I am hooked on this place and my fitness goals because of this place. Thank you a million times over Breakthrough Performance!!! 😀😀😀

It's been hard to find a fitness routine to stay in shape after retiring 8 years ago, but the coaches at breakthrough really help and keep me motivated. They learn about you, give you a good workout, and select the weights that are right for you. Then they increase them in accordance with your ability. The small group training classes are great, everyone is very friendly and supportive but the classes are still small enough to get one on one guidance from the coaches. Ive been here only a couple months and am down a few pants sizes while getting stronger. Highly recommend!

My son (middle school) really enjoys going to Breakthrough gym. He wanted to get stronger and have more endurance. I love that they teach them the correct way to work out so they start off with good habits that are safe, especially while they are growing so much at this stage. Staff are communicative and responsive. Great experience!

We are absolutely thrilled with the training here! The trainers truly understand how to work with teens, and my son actually looks forward to going every single week. Eric and team are amazing. Our 12 year has been training here for a few months now and loves every second of it. He’s adding strength, agility and speed every week. Results are undeniable. The best part is that they make it fun. Our son loves going and looks forward to it every week. It’s taken his lax game to the next level. Highly recommended.

Great small group classes, the trainers are encouraging and helpful. Everyone that comes is focused on getting better and stronger, no judging or showing off. We are all at different stages of fitness, some recovering from injuries or simply body aches, but the trainers help us modify the exercises when needed. After 4 months coming here, I can see my body gaining muscle and getting toned. Love this place.

I started at this gym not too long ago and already feel stronger. I am learning form and working on tightening muscles and slimming down, which are two main goals of mine. Breakthru Performance has been an incredible place for my son’s athletic training. I decided to train at breakthrough because I had no idea what to do in the gym. I wanted to stronger and faster for lacrosse but I didnt have a plan. With the training here I’ve gotten in much better shape, my speed has increased, and I am much stronger on the field. Training here has mad everything clean and I have a much better Idea if what I am doing.

Before Breakthrough, I had no motivation to even workout as I would never see any progression in my lifts. Now I enjoy every session I go to as I constantly see improvement in my form and strength throughout lifts and speed training. It pays off in hockey aswell as I started the season slow and have picked up my pace finishing out stronger than ever.
