He and his team were extremely flexible, accommodating changes in the install schedule due to delayed materials delivery (by third party), and he was able to figure out a particularly tricky leveling issue due to our subfloor settling. His communication was always prompt, and he answered all the questions we had. Andrew and Mariana were both wonderful to work with—friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process. We had engineered hardwood installed, and they even came by ahead of time to help unload the flooring, even though we had purchased it elsewhere. Their installation crew was outstanding, communicated well, paid attention to detail, and did excellent work. Andrew, the owner, was easy to work with. DJ and his partner did an excellent job installing a new LVP floor and baseboard moulding after ripping out old tile and carpet on main floor. Will have them back for top floor and den level.

Andrew and his team were great- DJ, Mariana, and Andre were all very knowledgeable and respectful. Floors came out awesome, and for a great price. Andrew was very accommodating in terms of price for us wanting to do the demo and baseboards ourselves. Small miscommunication with the flooring team as they ended up sanding down tile and flooring an area we hadn’t wanted to floor, but Andrew made it right and took it off of our bill. They did a great job patching and fixing areas that were uneven.

I am so thrilled with Denver Flooring Collective and the work they did at my house! Andrew spent a lot of time with me even before I had made the decision to hire them. I was replacing all the floors in my house, had some big subfloor issues and had been burned by contractors in the past so I needed a lot of hand holding and education. Once i made the decision to hire them he remained just as responsive, He even went to help me pick out flooring and ended up saving me over $100. DJ, the installer, and his other guys were so lovely for the week they spent at my house and they did an incredible job-especially considering how bad my subfloor issues were! I could not be happier with the work they did. My faith in contractors has been restored!
