With this in mind I had a friend there to help me with the move. I had all of my items curbside within the window of the move, ready to go. When the driver finally arrived, the first thing he did was look at the amount of stuff I had (which filled about half of a 5x5x8 storage unit) and say, "This is going to be about an $80 tip," before starting to pick up my belongings without my permission. To make matters worse, while I was checking in at the Cube Smart office, he loitered around, clearly waiting for me to tip him, which I did because it was the only way to get him to leave. The whole experience felt so incredibly disgusting and unprofessional that my friend and I were baffled. At 11:07am before the driver had arrived A Super Move requested that I leave a Google review. A Super Move needs to seriously reassess their customer service and professionalism. I cannot recommend their services based on this experience. Less

They took apart her beds and tables, and even helped move some furniture out to the curb for some family that came to the house to grab, and even they were so thankful!
