The service is great! Just as explained and agreed upon, you will receive continual text reminders, and the driver will call when finishing the prior job. This gives you ample time to bring your items curbside. I hired my own labor workers, but you can book for labor. They met all my expectations. I would recommend them.

The truck was 1,5h late outside of the scheduled arrival window. The driver kept lying about his arrival time saying that he’s “almost there” for this entire time. Because of that I also ended up paying a lot to a mover I was paying per hour to help me with carrying stuff-2h extra. When the movers did eventually arrive, one of them was super rude and giving me attitude. The second guy in the truck was fine and helpful. While they did end up doing a good job once the truck was loaded, the whole experience was stressful and the truck driver disrespectful.
