The two drivers that came to help us for very nice and very patient!! The storage unit that we were moving to had some sort of emergent issue and the unit wasn’t even open when we got there. These guys were very patient until the district manager showed up. They even helped me unload when they didn’t even have to…. They were on time like they said they would be! Very appreciative.

I used Super Move as part of a promotion from CubeSmart to move boxes into storage there. Super Move staff were extra helpful when I needed to change the destination from a cubicle a friend had picked to a better one under my own name. (Not at all a usual request!)Then, on pickup day, they let me know they could arrive early if I wished, and came when they said they would. Although the move itself was free as part of the promotion, because I'm old, I’d agreed to pay $100 for the driver to also handle loading, unloading, and moving in. Jimmy, the driver/loader, was friendly and impressively efficient. We finished the whole process in under an hour. I would gladly use Super Move again.

Got free truck and driver with my storage unit. Easy seamless process if you follow the instructions. The only thing I would have liked is to pick my time slot, but the time they gave me ended up working for me. The driver Reggie was cool and they did help some with getting things on and off the truck.

This is a free Truck& Driver service from CubeSmart, and my estimated time was 10am-12pm. Though I still have to rescheduled for multiple times. Originally Mike said will arrive around 12pm, which he didn’t. Then I keep calling to check how long he will take to come, all he said was "20 more minutes", "just got through tunnel", but after 20 minutes and another 20 minutes, he’s delayed until 1:27pm.I chose 10am-12pm, because I have work at 3pm, but due to this huge delay, I was late to my work.Mike told me it was a big move before me and it’s in Brooklyn which I understand. But the estimated arrive time he gave is 12pm, which I can assume that the prior move is over, right?Then the another reason he gave is “Traffic”, I do understand traffic in Manhattan is terrible. But I don’t understand what kind of traffic he ran into that takes more than 1 hour on a weekday noon. It shouldn’t be that bad.But anyway he can at least say it will take 1 hours and 27 minutes to arrive, so me and my family can go get lunch instead of waiting for his “20 more minutes”.Other than the time problem, Mike is decent.
