I have been a coaching client for a little over a year. In that time, my life has changed significantly due to her coaching. I was a shell of a person when I met her. She didn't just ask my story as others in the past have. She gave me tools I could use in my everyday life. I receive homework which centers in where I am in my life that week. I have so much hope for the future with her leading me. I have released some of my deep seated trauma which I saw as impossible. If I am struggling during the week, I can message and receive support. Knowing she is there has given me a relief from a lot of anxiety. I can't wait to see what the next year holds. I can not recommend her enough.
