Regan the engineer came out to my home in Potters Bar very quickly after I called. Identified a blockage in the system from the previous owners. The blockage was cleared faster than I expected, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. Regan is super friendly and explained the issue clearly, the price was fair with no surprises.
