Very grateful to Reggie for coming out so quickly when our downpipe was blocked. Really clear communication and he kept me updated with every step as he was working. Much more complex job than first thought so he's made it as functional as it can be at the moment, and talked me through the plan to fix it, whilst being very considerate when weighing up options vs cost and not pushing us to do the rest of the work with 247 (even though we will). Lovely guy, highly professional, and incredibly thorough. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Massive thanks to 247 Drainage and Thomas for sorting out a nightmare blockage for us! Our kitchen sink was completely blocked and the outside manhole was overflowing into the garden. Thomas came out the very same day, got everything cleared quickly and professionally, then even washed down and cleaned the area where the foul water had spilled. Reggie, Russ and 247 Drainage were a godsend. Having had a drainage issue possibly resolved, we wanted to check with their service to make sure.Reggie was incredibly responsive and Russ and his colleague arrived quickly to perform the check. They found some further blockage which would have quickly caused the problem to come back, and extensive scale in the piping which requires cleaning.They were very fair with the price, very respectful when coming to the home, and provided an excellent service. We received exceptional service when our downstairs toilet drain became blocked. Reggie came out the very next morning after I called, although he was also willing to attend the same day if it had been more urgent.He cleared the drain quickly and efficiently, then used a camera to show me that everything was completely clear, which gave me real peace of mind.He also replaced the manhole cover with the correct one and, to my surprise, upgraded it to a better-quality model at no extra cost.I’m absolutely delighted with the service from start to finish.
