247 Drainage were nothing short of superb!I urgently needed a CCTV drainage inspection and report as it was holding up my property transaction. Despite the incredibly short notice, Reggie went above and beyond to accommodate me, rearranging his schedule to fit me in on the very same day (a Friday!).As if that wasn’t impressive enough, I received the completed report just 48 hours later, over the weekend! What really stood out was Reggie’s professionalism, responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile. The inspection was thorough, the report was detailed and informative, and the whole experience was seamless from start to finish. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely understands the urgency of a customer’s situation and makes such an effort to help.A massive thank you to Reggie and 247 Drainage for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a CCTV drainage survey. Outstanding service and thoroughly deserving more than five stars!

Reggie offered a next day service to help investigate rodent activity in our waste drains and therefore access into the property. Outstanding service. I was invited to watch the full assessment of our drains on screen (all three manholes on the property) and that to the master sewage system some 20m+ off the property boundary too. I really appreciated the running commentary and advice on what was being seen. Upon advice as a solution: two one way flow waste flaps that are anti vermin were fitted to two of the outlets: main and a secondary feed in where there were clean sign of recent activity. So pleased Reggie had these options to hand so they could be fitted there and then. Clear pricing in advance, kept up to date on arrival time, clean working and overall a very professional and friendly tradesperson. Highly recommended. Thank youI only took one picture: the secondary no entry flap, the other on the master was a spiked twin flap model which I sure will keep even the most determined critters at bay

We used 24/7 Drainage for a pre-purchase CCTV drainage survey on a tight deadline. Reggie was cooperative from the first call and worked around the timings we were stuck with. He was upfront about what he could do and by when, and just as clear on pricing, with no vagueness and nothing added on later. Booking was straightforward and the engineers arrived on time. They worked through the whole run, explained what they were seeing as they went, and flagged which parts of the system were shared and which were our responsibility. Reggie kept us updated throughout rather than leaving us chasing, and the report came back quickly, with clear footage and a plain-English summary rather than a list of jargon we’d have to decode. We also appreciated that there was no attempt to upsell remedial work. Would use again and happy to highly recommend.

Very grateful to Reggie for coming out so quickly when our downpipe was blocked. Really clear communication and he kept me updated with every step as he was working. Much more complex job than first thought so he's made it as functional as it can be at the moment, and talked me through the plan to fix it, whilst being very considerate when weighing up options vs cost and not pushing us to do the rest of the work with 247 (even though we will). Lovely guy, highly professional, and incredibly thorough. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Reggie was brilliant - arrived quickly late on Friday night after an external sewerage pipe overflowed, did a great job of letting us know what he was doing, why, and being transparent about costs. Cleaned up the place and got rid of a rat too! 100% recommend, and will be using him again.

Highly recommended. We prefer to use a local person, rather than a big faceless organisation. 247 and team were super professional, did a great job and easy to contact. Job completed at a fixed and very fair price. Will be using them again.

Massive thanks to 247 Drainage and Thomas for sorting out a nightmare blockage for us! Our kitchen sink was completely blocked and the outside manhole was overflowing into the garden. Thomas came out the very same day, got everything cleared quickly and professionally, then even washed down and cleaned the area where the foul water had spilled. Absolute lifesaver and a genuinely top bloke. Great service from start to finish – highly recommend 247 Drainage!

Reggie, Russ and 247 Drainage were a godsend. Having had a drainage issue possibly resolved, we wanted to check with their service to make sure.Reggie was incredibly responsive and Russ and his colleague arrived quickly to perform the check. They found some further blockage which would have quickly caused the problem to come back, and extensive scale in the piping which requires cleaning. They were very fair with the price, very respectful when coming to the home, and provided an excellent service. Id absolutely recommend them!
