We had been working with Jessi for 2 years. She gave us a guideline on how and what to do to get my credit where it needed to be. Once it was there she provided specific actions that needed done in order for us to get pre approved. With the pre approval she was timely in getting letters back to us on bids we wanted to put in. Once the offer was accepted she was on point with what was needed in underwriting and connecting me with the rest of her team. She was always available to answer questions etc. We went from offer accepted to clear to closing in a Little over 30 days.
