This has truly been the most stressful tax experience I have ever had. It has been ongoing for over 8 months. From start of our 2024 personal tax refund, all the way through today with an unexpected adjustment done and almost $2k owed due to our advisor checking an incorrect box, thinking we were eligible for a specific credit. We notified the advisor weeks in advance and she waited until the day it was due at 1pm to advise there wasn't anything to pay right now. This advisor came through TurboTax so shame on them for recommending! We will definitely not use TurboTax or your organization ever again!

If I could give this zero stars I would. The communication was horrible on Tally and Taxes part. Leaving me to think the place closed up for not returning my calls for months. Then I was lied to that my taxes were extended, but we're never actually extended. Not only did I have to pay for the horrible services, but in the end I also had to pay penalty fees from the IRS that were worth more than the actual payment to Tally and Taxes. I've contacted the Ohio Attorney Generals office to file complaint against Tally and Taxes for providing the worst service and making me pay more out of pocket fees for the mistakes Tally and Taxes have made. I don't recommend going here for services and hope to save anyone who is interested a headache.

Luella helped me out in a situation several other tax professionals avoided and I am very grateful. Got into a situation involving a death in the family without a will that resulted in an Estate situation. Several tax professionals refused to call back including the one who helped file the extensions but Luella in a time crunch stepped up and immediately put my mind at ease. In a very short time, less than a whole business week, she was able to supply me a secure method to communicate, direction on what I needed and get the proper returns filed even though we are three states apart. Luella was great. She walked me through the process and was patient with me with my questions. She saved me a lot of money that I wouldn't have known about. What I paid for Tally and taxes was well worth it and I know it was professionally done. I would highly recommend them. And the app they used was very easy to use. Even for someone like me that isn't great at things like that.
