My wife and I have a vacation rental we bought in August. This was a private home not in a rental pool. It had leaks. Thankfully, we were referred to Matt with Precision Plumbing. He has an instinct for leaks, .... no time wasted identifying our issues. A wrong-installed part from the prior owner in the master toilet was leaking at the rate of a gallon every two hours. ( data from EyeOnWater.com) ... The other issue was an old water filtration system system (our house is on the coast) that was rusted and leaking). So Matt knows water and plumbing engineering. He understands leaks. He is accurate and strait-to-the-point. My wife and I are thankful to have Matt as a partner ...... he shows up when he says he will and he nails the issue. This is the third time I've had Precision out to the house for a repair. Matt was very professional, arrived ahead of time, and did an excellent job of communicating the problem and future considerations to avoid another leak in the future.
