I had a great experience with Precision Plumbing Services. The technician was very nice, professional, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on with our AC. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and fix it the same day, which I really appreciated—especially in this heat.With a newborn at home, having the AC out was stressful, but he made the whole process smooth and reassuring. Everything was handled efficiently and with care, and we were back to being comfortable the same day. I would definitely recommend Precision Plumbing Services and will use them again in the future.

My wife and I have a vacation rental we bought in August. This was a private home not in a rental pool. It had leaks. Thankfully, we were referred to Matt with Precision Plumbing. He has an instinct for leaks, .... no time wasted identifying our issues. A wrong-installed part from the prior owner in the master toilet was leaking at the rate of a gallon every two hours. ( data from EyeOnWater.com) ... The other issue was an old water filtration system system (our house is on the coast) that was rusted and leaking). So Matt knows water and plumbing engineering. He understands leaks. He is accurate and strait-to-the-point. My wife and I are thankful to have Matt as a partner ...... he shows up when he says he will and he nails the issue.
