I’m so glad I found Good Vibes on Instagram! I visited for the first time yesterday (2/21) and they were having an open mic and also had stalls promoting local businesses. I love the community Diane and Angelica have built and the warm and welcoming atmosphere their spot has.In terms of the food, I ordered the Chunky Monkey protein shake. It was very delicious, high on protein, low on sugar, and filling enough for it to count as a meal. Diane shared that it also contained 21 vitamins and minerals, which I liked.I would definitely recommend to others!

Good Vibes always feels like home when you walk in! You never feel like a customer, but rather a family member or friend visiting for a drink/chat. The snacks are healthy and delicious, and the drinks are PLENTIFUL! The events keep us returning. So glad we have somewhere like this locally 🩷

I love this place! It’s my go-to place after a workout. The food is great & the owners are even better. John & Angelica are very welcoming & make you feel like family. My favorite post workout meal is their dulce de leche protein donuts.

Today was my first time at Good Vibes and I attended the Women’s Empowerment series that happens on the 2nd and 4th Sunday at 1pm. My shake was super filling and delicious. I highly recommend the Green Goddess and Green Machine. I combined them together making it full of protein. I felt so inspired after the empowerment event. My intention was connection which I definitely got. Diane ran the group, she’s so thoughtful about how to bring women together. Angelica has an amazing story that provides inspiration as a woman business owner. I’m so grateful to met these wonderful, powerful women.
